psychic junk mail

We are constantly bombarded with psychic junk mail. Every person whether they are aware of it or not is constantly subjected to the junk energy mail of the people they come in contact with. Everyone has an energy field around them that broadcasts their inner climate. Whether you know it or not, you are sending and receiving an energy signature all the time. It is as if you live within a bubble of energy and it is important to keep your bubble clear. Other peoples negativity will infect you sooner or later if your bubble boundaries are not firm. It is like swimming in pea soup and expecting not to get green. Imagine your boundaries to be a wetsuit. Their are two ways to protect yourself from others negativity. The first is pretty strait forward... Get away from them or send them away. Since that is not always possible,  you will have to clean the inside of your bubble regularly. I have found that when you use your imagination tool to do meditations that clear your own energy, sooner or later the folks that love the negative energy drift out of your life.   There are many good meditations for cleansing your energy.
