The games addiction plays

Over the years I have witnessed many games that addicts and alcoholics play. I use to work in Denver as a case manager and addition counselor. MY job consisted mainly of being a taxi taking people to and from meetings, halfway houses and jail. I worked as a group facilitator for awhile at Arapahoe house. At that time I had only lived with one alcoholic, and was the product of a crazy mother due to her relationship with my father. I never lived with my father so I didn't get the full affect of how all the co dependent behavior worked. I didn't make it long as a counselor in house because it was apparent that I had never been nor would I be an alcoholic, but I had lots of book smarts. Since then I have had the opportunity to live with a serious pot head,. The love of my life for a minute had every addiction you could think of except gambling. That only lasted 3 years. I have lived with a perscription drug addict. One of the things that I have learned is that the games are all the same. Some more violent but than others but all of them are incidious. I have labeled some of the games. please add to the list if you would like..

Awakening to your authentic self

We are waking up to the inner light that we truly are. Our body houses our essence, and when we truly get in touch with our light and allow it free reign in our body/mind, we ignite those that we love to do the same. In the course of seeking spirituality we often begin to feel like we must share what we know with our friends and family. It is positive human nature to want to share what you consider to be good with those you love, but it really can't be done the way we usually try to do it. There is a yearning to be a preacher and and a teacher that comes directly from Spirit. Traditional Religions were attempting to light the way for those still unaware of the spiritual essence of life, but they got lost in the egoic need to be right, Not to mention the dark political agenda that has been attached to what was once, hopefully an attempt at goodwork. In truth the spiritual journey is something you show others by your own works. It is the greater essence of your being that others will respond to, not your words. When you embrace more light/love energy and become at peace within your own body/mind, that you will inspire others energetically. There are no words that come close to being as effective.

Many people are always putting forth their opinion or criticism, they are the very ones that do not believe in themselves. By trying to impress others they are desperately trying to validate their own worth, of which they don't feel they have.

Pain bodies at work

your pain body wants conflict. It actually needs conflict to survive. It is the negative ego if mind in action. We all need ego to differentiate ourselves and maneuver in the dense 3D world but it gets out of control and wants to b in charge. It's like the vamtriliquist dummy trying to b a real person.  Every so often. Usually days but sometimes weeks apart you will find yourself defending your position within the chaos of injustice. That is when your pain body gets its food. Ie the validation that you are being wronged and you have to fight the injustice. More chaos ensues and whether you win or loose yor feel full vindicated or victimized. It's your own pain body flavor. Enjoy.

political spirituality

I often hear people talk about finding their way back to the church of their choice. That would be wonderful except for that look of relief, mixed with fear, in their face, as if they have been so wrong and now they have some slim hope of salvation. The political religious crowd have made up a devil that only they can save you from.. Great business model, set up a need and then fill it, all the while using fear of eternal damnation as the hook for getting customers.

 In reality Jesus was the author of Christianity, although he was actually a good Jewish boy... If you were to be able, which is quite impossible, to listen to his entire message, you would not find all that fear and damnation in it. He taught peace and love, He taught us whom we really are, which is children of God. He or someone quoting him, refers to this God as the Father in Heaven. Father is the name for ultimate authority and creator of everything. It is men who were born long after they died that created the God in their own image. The creator of the Universes likely does not look like an animal of any type... THINK PEOPLE THINK.. Turning to a Spiritual path is good for you, but buying into fantasy for the benefit of someone elses power mongering is not that spiritual path you are looking for. If you would like to feel the belonging that comes with being part of a congregation, that is wonderful, just remember who you really are... A soul inhabiting a body. Soul is eternal, and part of the entire life force energy that is God the Father... THINK

psychic junk mail

We are constantly bombarded with psychic junk mail. Every person whether they are aware of it or not is constantly subjected to the junk energy mail of the people they come in contact with. Everyone has an energy field around them that broadcasts their inner climate. Whether you know it or not, you are sending and receiving an energy signature all the time. It is as if you live within a bubble of energy and it is important to keep your bubble clear. Other peoples negativity will infect you sooner or later if your bubble boundaries are not firm. It is like swimming in pea soup and expecting not to get green. Imagine your boundaries to be a wetsuit. Their are two ways to protect yourself from others negativity. The first is pretty strait forward... Get away from them or send them away. Since that is not always possible,  you will have to clean the inside of your bubble regularly. I have found that when you use your imagination tool to do meditations that clear your own energy, sooner or later the folks that love the negative energy drift out of your life.   There are many good meditations for cleansing your energy. I have a good one in my book "Duality is the Illusion".

The time lag while manifesting

I can see it in my mind but I don't see it in time for a period of time... LOL.Once you choose what you want to manifest and do the work of visualization, you have to let time catch up with your intentions.
The first order of business when manifesting anything is to get clear about what you want.. By clear I don't mean waisting time trying to figure out what color you want the walls of your new house.. You can do that if you want to but I don't advise it.. Why not know you can paint when you get the really nice home you want to live in. Focus on the FEELING of contentment once you decide where and how you choose to live.. That deciding can be the real challenge.. Getting lost in the feeling of already having what you are manifesting is the key to the law of attraction.
